Christina Ramos is a dedicated fifth-grade teacher and a passionate advocate for student literacy and academic growth. With over eight years of experience in education, she specializes in intervention strategies and fostering student success through innovative, data-driven methods. Christina earned her Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from UNLV (December 2023) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from Alice Lloyd College.
As a certified K-8 teacher with advanced training, including Spalding I & II certification and completion of the Nevada PRESS Project, Christina has contributed as a reading interventionist, curriculum editor, and homeschool educator. Her creative initiatives, such as "The Million Minute Challenge," have inspired her school community, while her leadership as the Purple Star Committee Chair supported military families with meaningful events and outreach.
Christina's proudest achievement is her family. Married for 23 years, she and her husband have five children: Daisy, a student at Brigham Young University; AnnaMaria, a cadet at the United States Air Force Academy; Elias, a high school junior; Roman, a freshman; and Grant, a seventh grader.

Corey Hendrickson is a dedicated educator with 13 years of teaching experience, including a decade as a 2nd-grade teacher at a faith-based Christian school rooted in the Principle Approach through the Foundations for American Christian Education. In his classroom, he integrated biblical principles into every lesson, nurturing both academic excellence and spiritual growth. His dedication to mentoring extends beyond academics, as he has also facilitated Student Government programs, providing leadership training and guidance to students in grades 7-12.
Deeply committed to his faith and family, Corey is the proud father of three daughters and one son. He treasures time spent outdoors with his family, enjoying activities such as camping and fishing. As an Eagle Scout and longtime volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America, he has exemplified servant leadership and mentored countless youth. His two-year mission spreading God's word and providing humanitarian aid further reflects his devotion to Christ and service to others.
Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Nevada State College in Henderson, Nevada, Corey remains passionate about teaching and inspiring the next generation. His mission is to develop future leaders of strong character and purpose, grounded in faith, integrity, and love for their country.

Angelica Buj is an experienced ELL paraprofessional with a strong background in special education. Bilingual and passionate about supporting diverse learners, Angelica is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Education with Emphasis in ESL at Grand Canyon University. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, particularly on the soccer field, where she coaches her children along with her husband. Angelica is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment for all students, and her dedication to education extends beyond the classroom into her personal life.

Cynthia McLeod is an accomplished educator and administrator with over 25 years of eperience in various educational roles. She holds a double Master degree of Education in Administration and Educational Leadership, along with multiple advanced qualifications including National Board Teacher Certification and extensive professional development in teacher leadership.
Currently serving as a founder of Noah Webster Academy, Cynthia is dedicated to enhancing student academic achievement through life-experiences and work related strategies. Previously, she served as a Regional Coordinator and successfully led a K-8 school as Principal. Most of all, she loves teaching and leading students to become the best they can be, and she finds immense joy in watching them grow to their full potential.
Cynthia’s vision for Noah Webster Academy is to cultivate not only academic success but also compassionate, well-rounded individuals ready to tackle the challenges of the future. Her Christian faith drives her passion for fostering an environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
Cynthia has been married for 38 years to Barry McLeod and has seven grown children and twelve grandchildren.
David Stefaniak
David Stefaniak
David Stefaniak is a seasoned educator, entrepreneur, and retired attorney with a diverse professional background. After a successful three-decade career in law and business, David pursued a childhood dream of becoming a public school teacher. He has taught history and science in public school for seven years, sharing his passion for education and extensive experience with his students.
During his legal career, David practiced in the areas of criminal, civil, family, and small business law. Additionally, he taught business law and entrepreneurship as an adjunct professor at Hilbert College, Hamburg, NY.
A graduate of Nazareth College with a BA in Political Science, and both an MBA and JD from SUNY Buffalo, David is dedicated to community service. He has served as an Assistant Scoutmaster with the Boy Scouts of America, an instructor with the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps, and a Sunday school teacher at his church. He enjoys cycling, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with his family.
David is married to Carolyn Stefaniak, and they have three grown children: Colette (music teacher, Nashville); Olivia (nurse, Pensacola); and Noah (US Marine, Honolulu).
